One of our former Home Teachers from Church has had an addition to their family this month. They've just had a little girl. I thought that I would make a little pink blanket for the new baby, who is just adorable!!
I chose this variegated yarn from Carnival that I bought from the Wangaratta Woollen Mill's online shop.
They have loads of bargain priced clearance yarn. I must check out their site again soon.
I also chose the pink yarn below to go with it. It's also from Carnival in 8 ply.
I've completed 6 and a half squares at the moment. I had better get a wriggle on if I want it completed by next weekend. I want to give it to the happy little family before the boys are on school holidays next week.
