Yet another meeting today at the High School. On the drive up there I was looking at the suspension notification form that the school gave me last week so I could check the dates of when the big fella is able to go back to school. I got SO MAD when I read it. With Easter holiday included during the break and ANZAC Day next week the big fella can go back to school on the 1st of May! I am SO MAD! I cannot believe that the school did this. Did they take into consideration that the 4 day Easter break was during this suspension time?? What about the ANZAC Day holiday?? Did they take that into account too?? Apparently the Acting Principal did, so he told me today. WHAT ON EARTH WAS HE THINKING??? I asked him if he realised that with the previous 4 day suspension it means the big fella has only spent 2 days at school in FOUR WEEKS!!! I don't know if he cared or not. In fact I do remember him saying that his behaviour warranted it. For goodness sake the big fella doesn't even remember exactly what happened!! I am still SO MAD right now!
There is so much more I could write right now but I just can't. I'm so worked up that I cannot think past my anger and how I just want to cry. I'll just leave this for now and perhaps I can think more clearly tomorrow.
