YSA Mormon Flash Mob in Melbourne

My boy Brodie is in this flash mob in that was done in Melbourne a few weeks ago.
I am so proud of you Brodz! And of course all of the others who participated. There were a few familiar faces in the crowd!

Temple Sealing/Wedding

Mark and I went to the Temple on Wednesday to be sealed* for time and all eternity.
Mark also received his endowments that day. It was a long and roundabout road that we travelled together but we made it in the end.

It was such a beautiful day, shared with some wonderful friends.

We almost forgot to take some photos. Luckily a friend of ours asked us if we had taken any just before we left the temple.

* A temple sealing  (sometimes known as a temple wedding) is an ordinance where husbands and wives are sealed to each other and children are sealed to their parents in eternal families. It varies from civil ceremonies where couples are married until death do us part.

This Song Has Been Stuck In My Head All Morning

I've had this song stuck in my head since I woke up this morning. 

The children say this on Sunday as part of their Primary presentation. 

This is an instrumental version. It's so pretty.

I’m trying to be like Jesus;

My Temple Trip

Yesterday I went to the LDS Temple in Melbourne.

What a super long day but it was totally worth it!
To be honest, I only thought I would ever be in the temple when it was open week before it was dedicated but I made it! Finally! 

Brodie came with me to show his support but he needed to stay in the annex because he didn't have a current recommend. I am glad he came. Thanks Brodz.

Melbourne Temple

Here's some photos Brodie took of the Melbourne Temple. We arrived there around 6:30 pm and we left some time around 8 pm. I love the night time photos with all the outside lit up. It's very pretty.

It was my first ever trip to the Temple and it was amazing.
