Slow Cooker Recipe - Honey Soy Chicken

I made this for tea last Friday night. It was a BIG hit! There weren't even any left overs!
Definitely a winner and something I will cook again.

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breast fillets, diced
1 large onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
½ green capsicum, sliced

Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbs hoisin sauce
1 tbs olive oil
¼ tsp chilli flakes

1 - 2 tbs corn flour
sesame seeds for garnish

Place the sliced onions in the bottom on the slow cooker. Add chicken, carrot and capsicum.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over the chicken.

Cook on High for 1 hour then on Low for 2 hours.

To thicken sauce mix corn flour with a little water and add to the slow cooker.

Serve with boiled rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

** I also steamed some broccoli and cauliflower and added it to the slow cooker before serving.
