Mexican Stew



I made this for dinner tonight using my slow cooker and the new recipe book that I received the other day. If you would like the recipe it's HERE on my recipe blog.It's definitely something that I will make again. The best thing about this one is it is diabetic friendly because it is low carb.

Looks yummy, but now I have to find my conversion chart! LOL 500g of beef....hmmmmm...how much is that in pounds?! ^_^

Hi Poetess, oh no did I forget to say how much that was? Sorry. There are two pounds to a kilo.
It was yummy but I think next time I might not make it quite so spicy though.

I totally agree about the jalapenos. I threw what was left in the jar, about 6 pieces, and I included ALL the seeds that were at the bottom of the jar too.

Beverly, it is certainly worth looking at. There are a lot of good recipes in it :)
