Affirmations Jar

I think this is a brilliant idea. What a great way to remember all of the wonderfully good, small things that happen in our lives. Ones that we may forget otherwise.
I am wondering if I should use a jar or just record them in a nice book.

Happy New Year 2014!!

I don't normally make new years resolutions. I think they can be pretty useless because most of the time you break them within the first month any way. When I came across this the other day on Facebook when Retro Mummy posted this I thought: Hey I can do most, it not all, of these things this year.

Although I will need to tweak this list it to suit me better. I no longer drink tea (only herbal tea now and then) so I would substitute the drink Caro instead. It's a caffeine free drink. I'm also adding MORE scripture reading.

We weren't out partying last night but the boys and I did stay up to see in the new year. Mark on the other hand went to bed at around 5 minutes to midnight. Although he was awake very early Monday morning. I was surprised he lasted as long as he did. Any way .. from my home to yours ...
