There is a lot to be thankful for this week
- That there has been no recorded deaths or serious injuries (so far) due to Tropical Cyclone Yasi (prayers were definitely answered).
- That Angus wasn't hurt yesterday in a kitchen mishap with hot oil & water. He as frightened to pieces but he's okay.
- That I have survived the Summer school holidays (school goes back tomorrow - happy dance time).
- That I have my Emi back, I missed my car & her engine sounds great! (Sadly, I can now hear other noises :( that weren't noticeable before).
- That my new crochet book, Crochet Bouquet, arrived and I will be able to make some gorgeous flowers (if only I could remember the difference between the UK and US terminology it would be even better).

I'm so glad that Angus is okay!! That's one of the trials of 'Master Chefs' though...*Teehee*...There's no stoves in school though, so be thankful school starts back tomorrow!...I'm glad Emi is purring like a kitten. My old Ghetto mobile died today. :-( Now...do we fix her or let her die a respectful death like she's been trying to do for a couple of years?!...hmmmm. {Wonder if there's a car Dr. Kevorkian LOL}...And if you need any help with info in the new crochet book just give a holler!! ^_^
Oh Poetess, sorry to hear about our Ghetto mobile. I guess its time to weigh up the pros & cons on getting her fixed. Its what we did with Emi :)
Thanks for the help with the crochet, I will definitely give you a shout if I need help :)
I think Angus has changed what he would like to be when he 'grows up' he now wants to be a baker. He truly has the cooking bug! But I am glad he's okay and still wants to cook.
