We have only just gotten home from the hospital. We know one thing for sure that it was NOT a heart attack. Thank goodness. I'm not sure what happens now other than Mark being put on aspirin (along with his other meds - he's a bit peeved with that & I don't blame him he takes quite a bit of stuff now!) I guess we just make an appointment to see the GP to see what he recommends.There was a mention of cholesterol lowering medication.

Phew!! Doing a happy dance for Mark right now...Tell him not to join me...RELAX!!! :-) And tell him my hubby sympathizes with him having to consider the Cholesterol reducing meds! He just went through this whole thing with his doctor too. But if you have to...you HAVE to!!! Better full of dread...than dead!! LOL {My poetic side came out. Couldn't help myself. LOL} I'm happy he's home. :-)
It seems that we may not be out of the woods. Mark is getting the same pains that he had last night but he wont go to the hospital this time. He said that there is no point. The doctors cannot find anything wrong and he doesn't want to be stuck there for hours and hours again.
I honestly don't know what to do right now :(
I sympathizes with your husband on the meds. I know what it's like....I take 27 pills a day.
Hope he's feeling better. Glad it's not his heart.
Did he have his gallbladder check? When I had my gallbladder attack I had chest pains, It doesn't happen much but it does happen.
Oh TamTam I am so sorry you need to take so much medication. Mark has an horrifically long list of stuff too. Some is only as needed but its a very long list.
I didn't think about gall stones. I remember what that feels like. Its such a horrible feeling. If I can get him to see the doctor again I will ask.

Poetess, I keep asking him and he says that he is okay but you know men. Sometimes they say they are fine when they aren't. So its hard t tell.
