Brodie is awfully harsh with his laptop. We are constantly getting things replaced because he's broken them. I can't recall exactly how many things we have had to replace but I do know that we've replaced the hard drive twice already. Last time we purchased a solid state hard drive. With luck he wont ever break this one.
We bought the toughbook off ebay (well Brodie did it is his money). The seller was super fast with delivery & the communication was great (letting us know when it was dispatched & that payment was received etc). The toughbook came with a few bits & pieces like a new battery (well I think it was new) & a copy of XP-pro (not that B will use that much he prefers Linux).
The best thing about the tough book is that we could run it over with the car & it would still work. If liquids got spilled on it that it would continue to work. Its dust proof as well so all the psoriasis flakes shouldn't make a difference to how it functions.

It really is a great laptop. It's not as heavy as you would expect being shockproof and all. I truly believe we got a bargain :)
