It's almost the school holidays

Where has the term gone?? It's almost the school holidays again! Sheesh time flies doesn't it! Mind you come to think of it I still believe that the big fella has had more time home from school this term than he should've! Take yesterday for example ... It was the first day back after a long weekend and we get a phone call from the High School once again!! I didn't answer the phone, Mark did. To cut a long story short the big fella didn't have a great morning (let's face it it wasn't even 11 am when they called) and he ASKED the school if he could come home!! I mean for goodness sake what do they think they are doing sending him home because he wanted to come home!! What kind of a precedent are they setting him? What do they think they are showing him when they allow him to leave school whenever he wants to??? I was annoyed to say the least and I let the big fella know all about it when he got home! I swear that the school just doesn't want him there full stop!!

Before I forget I was told last week by Ian, the little dudes teacher/principal, that there will be a NEW principal at the High School next term. I don't know if the kids at the school know yet but it should make things awfully interesting when the big fella goes back next term. So ALL the people that were 'the boss' this term will now go back to their previous positions of Assistant Principal and Middle Years Co-ordinator. Perhaps there wont be such a try in dominance over the kids now to show who has the authority!! Oops thats soap opera box stuff and I don't want to go there!!

Time to go sort out the laundry I think and perhaps get some washing done!
