I know I have posted a few cheesecake recipes lately. I have to admit that they are one of my favourite desserts. I especially love the ones where I don't have to bake them.
200g of Plain Sweet Cookies (crushed)
80g of Butter (melted)
2 Teaspoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
750g of Cream Cheese (about 3 blocks / packets)
250g of Sour Cream
1/2 to 1 Cup of Icing Sugar (powdered sugar / confectioners sugar)
Juice of 1 Orange
Zest of 2 Oranges
350g of Milk Chocolate
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 3 - 4 hours
SERVES 8 -10
