Meet Me On Monday 33rd Edition

Hosted by Java @ Never Growing Old
Questions:

1. What do you put on your hot dog?
2. Do you play Sudoku?
3. What is your favorite vegetable?
4. Do you color your hair?
5. What is your favorite brand of clothing?

---------------------------------------------------------------

My Answers!

1. What do you put on your hot dog?
I love chilli sauce and sauerkraut on my hotdogs. Sometimes I will even put coleslaw on it too.

2. Do you play Sudoku?
I played it a lot on my old mobile phone but now that I have my new phone I can honestly say that I don't play it any more.

3. What is your favorite vegetable?
I have more than one favourite but it depends on how you cook them. I love corn in all its forms, straight off the cob, creamed, raw, cooked its all yummy to me! I also love cauliflower but I prefer it served with white sauce and melted cheese.

4. Do you color your hair?
I haven't coloured my hair in years although I have seriously thought about starting it up again. I have some grey hairs that I don't wish to look at any more. I've done the red hair before but I would love to try purple :)

5. What is your favorite brand of clothing?
I don't have a favourite brand. Just as long as my clothes are comfortable I don't really care what label is on them.

:P Ewwww - saurkraut! My dad used to take us to this little restaurant where, I swear, they put that stuff on everything. I'd be willing to bet that the desserts were stored directly under it because they even tasted like it. And, of course, because it's relatively cheap, they were more than generous with that stringy mess! Oh, did I mention my dad was one of those eat-everything-on-your-plate parents? I shudder to think of saurkraut!

END OF RANT :D

Alicia, perhaps they didn't rinse the sauerkraut when you tried it. It can be a little on the salty/bitter side when it isn't rinsed.
Sorry to hear that your Dad was one of those you will eat until its all gone parents. I used to hate that when I was forced to eat foods I didn't like. My uncle used to make me eat everything on my plate. It could become quite a battle.

My hot dog would probably rebel if it could, with all of the things I put on it! Mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, relish and chilli if I have it. Oh yeah, and hot sauce! LOL...I have no idea what Sodoku is!...My favorite veggie is the wonderful potato...fixed ANY WAY! Even mixed with corn! :-)...I never have colored my hair, and I have lots of gray too. I don't want to cover up the evidence that I have lived a good and hard life...and survived!! LOL...And I'm not a brand chaser with clothes either. In fact, I wouldn't mind if one day "decent" included no clothes at all! {In the meantime though, I recommend them highly for most people! LOL}

I know something about dying your hair purple.. I did it in 1996 while in Germany.. Went as a blonde came back as a purple people eater. My husband had no idea who was walking in the house! It looked great there, not so much here..

Poetess, Angus would love to have you around! He enjoys potatoes as well. He would eat them all the time if I let him. I know what you mean about the clothing, they can be so restrictive. There are just some people who MUST wear them no matter what.

Hi Leslie, its nice to meet you. Wow with blonde hair and going purple, that would have been so bright! I'm a natural brunette so I don't think it would have quite the same effect although I would still love to try it.

Ahhh, corn. I had a hard time choosing between that and potatoes. Love corn--especially if it's home grown!

I like your purple blog. I won't even eat a hotdog without slaw. I love slaw on everything. I hope you have a blessed week. Doylene

Beverly, my Angus would love to share a meal with you. He is a big potato fan.

Helen, would you believe that I have actually seen the sudoku toilet rolls in the shops. I almost bought one once :) I hope you have a great week too!

Thank you Doylene. Purple is my favourite colour :) A couple of months ago I had cravings for coleslaw. Maybe I was lacking some vitamin or something. I hope you have a great week too :)

I'm with you on #5! Purple hair...I love the self-confidence that some people have! :D

Mary, I have plans to become part of the purple hair brigade (either that or the blue rinse brigade) when I am old. I've wanted purple hair for years :D but since my hair is dark it hardly shows. I need some more greys for it to work properly.

I never had chili sauce but it looks good.

Hi Barb, glad you were able to stop by & that you liked what you saw :)

Yvonne, if you like chilli you should try the sauce. I use it in just about everything. In fact if I don't use it the boys complain that my food isn't spicy enough.
