Better Late Than Never

Happy Belated Father's Day!!

It was Father's Day yesterday. I managed to phone Dad in the morning before we left for Church. I think we surprised him by phoning so early because we normally phone him late in the afternoon or early evening. I think it kind of made his day that we called earlier though.

We even managed to phone the boys father. He lives in Whyalla, South Australia. It's where we first me and where he went to once he disappeared all those years ago. But that's water under the bridge now and I don't want to dwell on that. He was glad that the boys both wished him happy Father's Day considering they hadn't said that to him since 2001. He liked talking to the boys so that's a good thing I suppose.
