Physio

I contacted the physio department at the local hospital as per my doctors request only to be told that since I would be a public patient I need to get a referral. On Thursday of last week I phoned the surgery and organised to get a referral for the physio. I phoned them on Monday after I collected the letter from my GP. They took my detail and placed me on the waiting list.

I have no idea how long the waiting list is but I sure hope that it is soon. Over the last couple of days my arm/shoulder has been hurting more and more but I know part of the reason is because I have been knitting and crocheting so much. I've cut back a little but not as much as I should I suppose. Today when I went to get the boys from school and we nicked to the shops I found that driving was a big problem and I was unable to pick things up out of the trolley. I sure do hope that the physio will be able to help. I still prefer the idea of the less invasive treatment. I'll get the operation done if I have to but only as a last resort.
