Yummy Potatoes

Look at what I made to go with my yummy corned beef dinner. Angus totally approved of this potato dish. I can't complain about it either. It was delicious! You can find the recipe here if you would like to try it.

    Potatoes are my favorite vegetable--there's not much you can do to them that's not yummy!
